Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets used.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, financial information, and project details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vertex Vision LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice.

In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all completed work and any incurred expenses up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

Vertex Vision LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
